This gallery contains paintings by artist Joseph Yznaga Regan. "Joe" painted and drew from a very early age, starting his art career at 14, painting several portraits of the local fox-hunting gentry and their wives in Maryland.
Joe majored in Fine Art and graduated in 1958 from the University of Maryland. Afterwards the army called, which fortunately paid for 2 years of further art education in the New School for Visual Arts in NY and finally the Traphagen School of Design. Joe's career includes mural work for Bloomingdale's and for various hotels and stores in the Eastern part of the US, Bermuda and Canada.
As a master decorative muralist, portraitist and surreal painter, the level of detail on Joe's paintings is magnificent. He is also available through InternationalGallery.org for commissioned portraits and murals. Mr. Regan is based in South Florida.
